Rail Budget

I woke up around 12 and first thing that usually i do now days is skimming through front page.
Headline was "long awaited railway budget is on the floor of house". As a honest and responsible citizen of my country i thought that it should be my duty to know how my pockets are going to loose this time by railway policies. i hear a lot about Lalu magic in bringing railway back to track of huge profit but what i couldn't understand was biasing between north and south zone and total negligence to konkan railways. also no efforts were made in relating railways and tourism. i think this is right time for railways to collaborate with tourism ministry and start some tourist train exclusively targeted to tourist class. Also nothing was done to making trains equipped with advance equipment to deal efficiently with emergency situations. overall budget was cool with the biggest relief of cut in tariffs during period of high inflation.
